Abby has completed her postgraduate work in information science at the University of Albany. She graduated from Gettysburg College with a degree in History (German minor) and works at Schuyler Mansion State Historic Site. When she is not giving tours of the historic mansion, she works on library outreach, connecting with patrons through Twitter and blogging.

Lauren is a graduate in information science at the University of Albany. She currently works in public services at the Schaffer Law Library of Albany Law School. She holds her M.A. in the history of art from the University of Essex and an M.S. in Information Science from the University at Albany. She has spent the last five years promoting libraries online.
